This was a lovely project to work on! To be able to bring to life some of the most famous characters ever  imagined up was nothing short of an honour.

I met Steve Box early 2016 and his passion for this project really came across as he shows above in the article.

All the main characters were rigged by my rigging system with the addition of some new bendy and IK tweaker systems, which really helped with the larger moomin shapes deforming beautifully. Some belly wobble controls were added with additional falloff controls for the animators. A dragonfly was also rigged along with some dynamic plants added to be able to bring this animation life to help bid for the new series.

 

Hopefully the footage will be released so that people can see the amazing work that Jellyfish animation and post production did on the Trailer.
