An abandoned caravan hidden in a dense forest provides the unusual setting for three vivid and unpredictable character-driven short films. The Caravan Trilogy subverts expectations with its genre-bending mix of dark emotion, visceral menace and dystopian science fiction.

These great concepts were drawn up for the ship being shown in the Third of FilmS. These concepts were done by Ian Spendoff at Framestore and the model followed soon after. For this model a simple rig was placed in with IK handles for the arms and numerous follows systems for the mechanical components so the body could move independently, when needed.

The final rig took just around a day and the renders looked great as you can see below.
